At MaggieFrames, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all frames and wall art in their original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully place the frames in their protective padding to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
