We use sustainably sourced solid wood, museum-quality acrylic glazing, and acid-free matting to ensure your art and photos are preserved for a lifetime.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my art?
Select the size that matches your artwork's dimensions. If you choose a framed mat option, the frame will be larger than the art to accommodate the border.
How long does shipping take?
Each frame is custom-built to order. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by standard shipping which takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for custom frames?
Since our frames are custom-made to your specific dimensions, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
Do your frames come ready to hang?
Yes, all MaggieFrames include pre-installed hanging hardware (wire or sawtooth hangers) and a wall-friendly hanging kit with nails.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.
